Product Exchange and Return Policy

Our exchange and return policy aims to provide customers with complete confidence in the products purchased from our store.

All of our products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects.

We also accept exchanges for products that are different from the one originally ordered.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or different from what you ordered, please follow these steps to request an exchange:

If more than 7 business days have passed and the product shows any defect or fault, please contact us, providing your order number, the product to be returned, and a description of the defect.

Once we receive your email, we will forward your request to our quality control department for evaluation. Their authorization is required before a possible exchange can be processed. After the analysis, we will get back to you with the results and inform you if an exchange is necessary.

The time limit to request an exchange for this reason is 90 days from the date of receipt of the product.

Attention: We will not process exchanges or refunds after this period.

Your claim will be analyzed within a maximum of 7 business days. If the issue is confirmed, we will contact you by email and you may choose one of the following options:

  • Receive a full refund of the amount paid.

  • Receive a new product identical to the one ordered.

  • Receive a product of similar value.

  • Receive a store credit coupon for the value of the product to be used in future purchases.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code , requests for cancellation of online purchases must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product.

For credit card refunds, our finance department takes up to 7 business days to process the request with the card operator. The time for the amount to be credited back to your card may take up to 120 days , depending on the card issuer and your billing cycle.

If a bank transfer refund is necessary, it will be made to a current account within a maximum of 10 business days after the quality inspection. The refund can only be made to an account registered under the same name used to place the order.

Products returned without prior communication, outside the return period, missing items, without tags, or without the invoice will be sent back to the customer.

The same applies to exchanges rejected after our quality inspection — these will be returned to the customer via Collect on Delivery (COD) , and the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Important: Allbuy is not responsible for return shipping costs for refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges for other products. These costs are the customer's responsibility.
